Glasgow: Scotland with style Pushes the Boat Out!
Vicki Turkington, winner of the visitor competition at this year’s Glasgow River Festival, takes delivery of her very own Glasgow: Scotland with style ZapCat!
A record crowd of 75,000 people gathered on the banks of the River Clyde last weekend for the third annual river festival, which celebrates the Clyde’s past, present and future.
A highlight of this year’s festival was the ZapCat Grand Prix.
Delighted with her prize, Vicki said: ““The River Festival was a fantastic event for Glasgow and it was great to see so much activity on the Clyde as well as seeing so many people out enjoying themselves at the event. I am absolutely overjoyed at winning such a great prize as after all, it’s not everyday you win your own boat!”
