World Street Dance Championships 2013 comes to Glasgow
August 23-25
Glasgow has been selected to host the world’s most prestigious
street dance event for the next three years, starting this year!
2013 will mark the first time that the Championships have been
hosted out with Blackpool’s Winter Gardens in their eight year
history.
The 2013 UDO World Street Dance Championships will
be held at the SECC Arena from Friday, August 23 to Sunday, August
25. Dancers and crews from around the world are in the midst
of the qualifying rounds for what will be the biggest UDO Worlds to
date!
Watch the world’s top street dancers from USA, Europe, Asia and
Africa compete to become the UDO World Street Dance Champions.
There will be a host of competitions and workshops throughout
the weekend including solos, duos, quads, teams and crew battles
and of course the hip-hop battle finals.
And this year, as an added bonus, everyone that buys a ticket to
support or compete at the UDO World Championships will gain FREE
entry to their brand new dance exposition ‘Dance Show
Live’ at the SECC in Glasgow.
