A Season of Contemporary Japanese Films in Glasgow Every Friday in February
Japan Desk Scotland and The Japan Foundation co-organise the 14th Season of Contemporary Japanese Films on four consecutive Friday nights in February 2013 at the Gilmorehill Centre, University of Glasgow, from 6.30 pm, under the theme of Far Away from Cities. Free admission, with free tickets available from 6 pm from the box office.

UDO World Street Dance Championships: Aug 23 – Aug 25
Watch the world’s top street dancers from USA, Europe, Asia and Africa compete to become the UDO World Street Dance Champions at the SECC. There will be a host of competitions and workshops throughout the weekend including solos, duos, quads, teams and crew battles and of course the hip-hop battle finals.
